Hi, I’m Dorien.

I am a Certified Coach partnering with Leaders who want to create clarity in their thinking, focus on what matters, and make confident decisions.

With a professional background spanning Early Childhood Education, Television Production, Human Resources, Operations, and Entrepreneurship, I bring a practical, real-world perspective shaped by diverse professional environments, alongside a creative, non-judgmental coaching presence.

Shaped by international moves between the Netherlands and Canada, this reflects my deep curiosity and broad experience across fields, leadership roles, cultures, and ways of working. 

I’m an integrative thinker and a creative at heart, and I’ve always been fascinated by how the brain influences how we think, feel, and behave. I now bring all of this together through coaching that integrates neuroscience and creativity.
