At Create Brainspace, I do this through brain-based business coaching - where neuroscience is a useful base for understanding how our thoughts and actions shape our outcomes. Together, we create the mental space, insight, and direction you need to move forward with purpose.

Each coaching session will be a focused conversation that leads to insight and actionable commitments:
1. Define the focus
Each session begins by identifying what the priority is of the conversation, to ensure a purposeful session aligned with your goals.
2. Build awareness
With the focus established, we will explore the situation from multiple angles, to help you see yourself and your context more clearly.
3. Explore
Next, we uncover things like underlying belief systems, assumptions, and thought patterns. This deeper reflection often reveals key insights and meaningful shifts in understanding.
4. Commit and Take Action
A session closes by translating insights into practical next steps, so that you can leave the session with a clear commitment that drives momentum and measurable change.
